Ενημερώνονται οι φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων και Τουρισμού για τη δυνατότητα συμμετοχής τους στο Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) “Intercultural communication in management, industry, and health” που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Tarnow της Πολωνίας από τις 23 έως τις 27 Μαρτίου 2026.

This blended intensive programme (BIP) is designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to effectively mediate intercultural communication in diverse professional contexts, including business, industry, and healthcare. By integrating theoretical foundations with practical applications, the course addresses the complexities of communication across cultures and sectors, preparing participants to act as competent intermediaries in multicultural environments.

By the end of the course, participants will:

1. Understand selected key theories and models of intercultural communication and their application in business, industry, and healthcare settings.
2. Develop practical mediation skills to manage and resolve conflicts arising from cultural differences in professional environments.
3. Enhance cultural intelligence (CQ) and adaptability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
4. Apply appropriate communication strategies to facilitate collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution in multicultural teams.
5. Analyse the impact of cultural diversity on organizational dynamics, decision-making, and problem-solving in various sectors.
6. Reflect on ethical considerations and challenges in intercultural mediation, promoting equitable and culturally sensitive communication practices.
